COVID Vaccines Available through Mt. Sinai Vaxmobile at FHS Wednesday January 19, 2022

On Wednesday, January 19th, Freeport Public Schools is partnering with Mount Sinai South Nassau to administer COVID-19 vaccine boosters of Pfizer 1st doses.

This will be offered at Freeport High School from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm via Mount Sinai's South Nassau Vaxmobile. The vaccines will be administered in the cafeteria of Freeport High School

Ages 5-11 ONLY

COVID Testing Information

Although schools are closed for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day on Monday, January 17th, the scheduled COVID PCR testing at Caroline G. Atkinson will take place from 10AM - 12PM.

The testing company has implemented a portal. If you have tested before and have registered with the link below, you will receive an email or text from ProPhase and it will ask you to create a password. You will be able to view your own results which should be available in 3 - 5 days. If you have any difficulty accessing your results, please let the testing company the day of your test.
