Freeport Public Schools is partnering with Mount Sinai to administer the COVID-19 vaccine to students ages 5 and up. You can register for this event at the link below.

Tuesday, November 30th from 3pm to 6pm

Individuals who had any other vaccinations within 14 days will not be vaccinated
