As part of an annual Valentine's Day tradition, kindergartners at Giblyn learned about the lifelong marriage of the letters Q and U during a spirited Q and U wedding event.
With girls dressed as queens and boys dressed as quarterbacks, students learned that the letter Q cannot exist on its own in words, and that the letter U must always be next to it. Students were paired off in a fun and decorative ceremony that also featured a choral performance following the wedding.
