New Visions Elementary School is spreading kindness to all for the new year with a month-long initiative. At the end of December students wrote one way that they can light up the world with kindness on colorful paper lightbulbs. After the winter break, the lights were hung in the school and starting Jan. 10th students began to read several messages of kindness a day over the intercom for the school to hear the various ways classmates can be kind to one another.
The reading of the messages of kindness will continue throughout the month and students will be encouraged to remind each other of the importance of kindness.
