COVID Vaccines Available at School Based Health Center for FHS Students - 8/9 and 8/10

Dear Freeport Families,

I am excited to share that Freeport Public Schools will be administering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at our School Based Health Clinic (SBHC) for students enrolled at Freeport High School including our incoming 9th graders.

The first dose of the Pfizer vaccine will be offered at the Freeport High School SBHC on Monday, August 9th and Tuesday, August 10th from 12:00pm to 4:00 pm. The vaccine is free and students receiving the vaccine must be enrolled in the SBHC program.   • Parents may accompany their children to the appointments or give written consent for the vaccine.
