Message from Superintendent of Schools Dr. Kishore Kuncham
COVID-19 Update: All Schools Closed until Friday, March 27th

Earlier today, March 15th, the Nassau County Executive ordered that all Nassau County schools will be closed for students from Monday, March 16th to Friday, March 27th. All Freeport schools will be closed and no activities or events will take place during this time.

Please pick up your child's necessary learning materials or medications no later than Tuesday March 17th. All buildings will be open at regularly scheduled hours. Our E-Learning platforms and Meal pick-up for our students will begin on Wednesday March 18th. The Meal Plan will be both a breakfast and lunch in a Grab and Go bag. Meal pick-up will be at Freeport High School and New Visions School daily from 9:30 am - 12:00 pm. We will continue to provide you updates as they become available.
