New Visions School hosted its second annual Discovery Day, which has been dubbed De'STEM'ber Day with exciting holiday-themed STEM activities.
Throughout the day, students, staff and parents participated in a variety of entertaining and educational tasks, including a marshmallow catapult, holiday coding/robot present hunt, the gingerbread man trap, holiday LED cards, elf LEGO workshop and more.
These project-based learning exercises helped students sharpen their communication, collaboration, critical thinking and creativity skills in a fun and festive way.
