It was a beautiful sunny day during the Freeport High School's varsity football homecoming game, as the Red Devil's dominated the field and defeated the Baldwin Bruins 54-13. In attendance were district staff, administration, and members of the board of education, along with representatives from the Village of Freeport and Nassau County.

The festivities kicked off with the district's homecoming parade, where the high school's NJROTC, marching band, flag team, kickline team and homecoming court marched through the parking lot and onto the track.

This year's homecoming court included senior class king and queen Anthony Peralta and Gianna Mullings; junior class prince and princess Jaiden Ramos and Kiana Tiburcio; sophomore class duke and duchess Dillon DeBourg and Angelica Olivo; and freshman class count and countess Rommel Pineyro and Anastasia Drakeopoulos.

The varsity cheerleading team kept the crowd in high spirits throughout the game, and during halftime the high school's flag team, marching band and kickline team provided an energetic performance.
