At Caroline G. Atkinson School, Ms. Schwarz's sixth grade ELA class was recently taught how to use Google Classroom for the first time. Ms. Schwarz's enthusiasm was contagious as she guided the students while teaching them how to sign into the class and navigate through assignments prepared especially for them. Following the tutorial, students were asked to read a document and/or study a video that led them through the process of creating a "hook" for their upcoming Writer's Workshop Narrative. After completing the research, students were engaged and excited to post their responses.
