As part of an annual tradition, fourth-graders at Bayview honored Village of Freeport police officers with heartwarming cards and a choral performance at the Adopt-a-Cop Valentine's Day Luncheon. Each class presented the special guests with colorful creations that served to thank them for their dedication to keeping them safe day in and day out. The officers were then treated to lunch in the cafeteria as another token of appreciation.
