Giblyn was transformed into an obstacle course of fun and
friendly competition as it hosted family sports night for its staff
members, students and their families.
This year's theme was "American Ninja Warrior Challenge," based on the
television series, and featured a wide variety of physical activities
such as rock-climbing, rope-swinging, and wiggling through hula hoops
and tents. While most of the activities were set up in the gymnasium,
there was fun to be had all around the school as the hallways also
featured various challenges. Students prepared for the obstacle course
by training in their gym classes.
Giblyn's family sports night was a fun way to promote the
benefits of an active lifestyle and the importance of teamwork.
