The high school's Select Chorale had the prestigious honor of performing at the Empire State Building.
Select Chorale, of which many members were selected All-State earlier this year, performed for tourists on the 80th floor of the New York City landmark. Outfitted in their Freeport red jackets, the students performed renditions of several musical selections prior to receiving a panoramic-style tour of the city from the building's 86th floor observatory.
"What a wonderful experience for Select Chorale to not only share their amazing talents with tourists, but to then be given a tour of the city from atop this beautiful building," said Select Chorale Director Monique Retzlaff.
