Students and Parents Invited to Attend

Freeport School District students and parents are invited to attend the district's annual College Fair at Freeport High School on Thursday, Nov. 1, 6-9 p.m.
To date, there will be more than 130 colleges and universities represented. Students and parents will have the opportunity to speak personally with college admissions representatives, who will share information regarding admissions criteria, scholarship opportunities, curriculum options, life on campus and much more. Materials containing important college information will also be available.
In addition to meeting with the college representatives, several workshops will be offered on topics including: the College Search Process, Financial Aid, Colleges for Students with Learning Disabilities, Savings for College, Historically Black Colleges, NCAA and Athletic Scholarships and El Proceso de Admisión de la Universidad.
Students and parents are encouraged to attend this interesting and informative college planning event.
