Thirty one Freeport High School seniors proudly celebrated their August 2011 graduation on the evening of Friday, August 19. Board of Education Vice President Debra Mulé addressed the graduates. "This is a real milestone for you. Through your hard work and determination, this night marks a beginning for you, not an ending," she remarked.
Freeport High School Summer School Principal Gleni Pena added, "Today is the day many of you thought would never come. But you made it. I'm so proud of each and every one of you."
