Columbus Ave. Pre-K/K School Commemorates the 10th Anniversary of September 11 with Simplicity
The Columbus Avenue Pre-Kindergarten/Kindergarten staff handled their presentation of the tenth anniversary of 9/11/01 with a simplicity appropriate for young students. Friday, September 9 started with a school-wide recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance and gently focused on thematic activities tapping into remembrance and the mantra "All gave some; some gave all."
