Pre-K registration for the 2012-2013 school year will begin on Monday, February 27. It will take place at the Central Registration Verification Office located on the west end of Atkinson School, E. Seaman Avenue. Children must be 4years old on or before December 1, 2012 in order to be eligible to attend.
There are two - 2½ hour sessions per day, and 303 spaces available in Pre-K. The initial registration period is from February 27 through April 20. If more than 303 students are registered during this time frame, a lottery will be held. If less than 303 students are registered during this time frame, registration will continue on a "first come, first served" basis until all spots are filled. A waiting list will be established if necessary.
