On Thursday, October 18th New Visions' PTA hosted its third annual Bingo Night during the first week of PARP's Reading Olympics. All 250 tickets were sold to students, parents and grandparents who played Bingo for fun and prizes. Gift Baskets were raffled off throughout the evening, with ticket sales bringing teachers one step closer to their plans for a new school store for student supplies. Fourth grade teacher Mike DeGennaro, the NV Bingo Night coordinator and event planner, was extremely pleased with the turnout and with the collaboration between parents and teachers. "When we work together for the students and our school, great things happen!"
