As a precursor to the districtwide celebration of National Read Across America Day and iconic children's author Dr. Seuss' birthday on March 2, Superintendent Dr. Kishore Kuncham visited New Visions to read to students.
Dr. Kuncham read "Each Kindness" by Jacqueline Woodson, engaging students with thought-provoking questions and urging them to embrace each other's differences and perform random acts of kindness whenever they can. The special visit not only promoted the importance of reading regularly, but also supported the district's ongoing character education initiatives.
