The high school unveiled its new Mac Lab during a grand re-opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by students, faculty members and administrators. The lab, which features 30 new Apple iMac computers and a high-tech oversized Hewlett Packard DesignJet printer, was funded by the Title 2 Grant and will be used for digital art, digital music and technology classes. Located next to the school's library, the lab will provide students with additional ways to supplement their academics with the latest technologically-advanced resources.

"This new state of the art lab is providing our students with cutting-edge experiences in career fields such as the digital arts and multimedia production," said Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction Gerard Poole.
