Language teacher Gabrielle Mangot's ENL students at Dodd
observed the 15th anniversary of the events on Sept. 11 by creating
astounding artwork of the Twin Towers and surrounding areas.
Following their study and research of the causes and effects of the
tragic day, students used their creativity to create drawings, sketches
and miniature structures of the buildings. Their work was showcased
throughout the classroom, and also in a display case outside the
classroom.
The school is proud of the students' creations, which serve
not only as beautiful tributes to the buildings, but also as supplements
to their study of history.
