As a testament to their dedication to maintaining a safe and secure learning environment for students and staff members, the security team at Dodd was presented with a community recognition award at the Freeport United Methodist Church.
The presentation, which featured board of education trustee Ronald Ellerbe as guest speaker and pastor Rev. Edward J. Norman, was attended by district Superintendent of Schools Dr. Kishore Kuncham, Dodd Principal Johane Ligonde and board of education trustee Ernest J. Kight Jr.
