Dodd Students Learn the Value of Videoconferencing
Posted on 12/14/2017

Under the direction of their classroom teachers and librarian Christine Meloni, students at Dodd have been videoconferencing with several experts from various institutions and organizations.

Representatives from the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, the Dolphin Research Center and the Brooklyn Academy of Music led lectures on nutrition and health, the artistry of game design, macronutrients, sports and the Harlem Renaissance. By being able to speak to specialists in different fields, the videoconferencing opportunities are providing Dodd students with another forum to complement their learning.
