New Visions School was filled with holiday spirit, as staff members, students and parents participated in holiday themed STEM activities. The festive and educational event, which has been dubbed De'STEM'ber day, kicked off the holiday break.
With help from teachers and parents, students executed hands-on activities and worked as a team by crafting a structure using Legos, designing a trap for gingerbread man, manufacturing snow, making holiday cookies, building Christmas trees and more.
