The Freeport High School Sinfonietta has performed for many prestigious events since the start of the school year, under the direction of Ms. Jill Boardman.
Their performances kicked off with a back to school night concert and has continued with much success.
A select group of members, titled The Caprice String Ensemble, were invited to perform at Senator Brooks Annual Golden Gathering held at the Freeport Recreation Center. A short time after that, the Sinfonietta performed at the American Legion Veterans Day Observance to honor our fallen heroes. The entertainment continued at The Parent University programs at Freeport High School and at the December Board of Education Meeting.
Sinfonietta wishes everyone a wonderful holiday vacation and looks forward to playing in 2020!
