Columbus Avenue School kindergarten teacher Madeline Game donated blood to help assist in the COVID-19 pandemic. To her surprise, Ms. Game was serviced by a nurse who is a parent of one of her students.
Mr. Jean Caidor has been working in the medical field for 19 years and is the father of Millianie Caidor. Millianie is currently a student in Ms. Game's Dual Language Program.
The district is proud of all the Freeport heroes working together to help during this difficult time.
