Information and Links to Change your Child's Learning Model for the Next Marking Period
Dear Freeport Families,
Please read the attached letters regarding revising your child's learning model for In-person Hybrid to Remote or Remote to In-Person Hybrid for the next marking period. The deadline to request the change is October 19, 2020 by 5 PM. You only have to fill out the form if you want to make a change. You will need to fill out one form per child.
