Message from the Superintendent of Schools- COVID -19 Update November 29th
Posted on 11/29/2020

Dear Freeport Families,

We have been carefully following the Governor's announcements regarding COVID-19 numbers and microcluster zones over the Thanksgiving break. Despite a spike in the COVID positivity rate in the Long Island region and Freeport seeming to be over microcluster zone limits, we have not yet been designated as a hot spot zone. Our schools will be open for in-person instruction tomorrow, Monday, November 30th. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and keep you informed of any changes .

Regards,

Dr. Kishore Kuncham
