Dear Freeport Families,
On Friday, May 14th, Freeport Public Schools is partnering with Northwell to administer the COVID-19 vaccine to individuals within the Freeport Community. Students who are 12 years of age and up may now be vaccinated.
The first dose of the Pfizer vaccine will be offered at Freeport High School in the back gym. Below is a schedule of when the vaccine will be available and to whom. This vaccine is available to individuals 12 years old and up. Students who are 12 years of age to 17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Please read the information below carefully regarding your appointment:
- Masks are required to enter the building
- Please wear short sleeves
- Individuals who had any other vaccinations within 14 days will not be vaccinated
- Parents or guardians must enter through the back gym to meet their child
