Two Freeport High School Spanish classes recently completed two projects to help reinforce speaking, listening, reading and writing. Mrs. Riobo's Spanish Honors class completed a project titled "Quien eres tu?" which means "Who are you?" where students had to review previously learned vocabulary words in both present and past tense and create a PowerPoint presentation about themselves. The presentations described the students' hobbies, activities, and personal attributes. Students then presented their project to the class. In the Native Spanish Honors class, students read different stories and then worked in groups to write their own story in Spanish. Students then illustrated the story and read them to the class.
